1. Introduction

Welcome to Atlanticblu Recreation and Apartments LTD. By accessing or using our website atlanticbluapartments.com or making a reservation, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Booking and Payment

Reservations: All reservations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion.
Payment: Payment for bookings is due at the time of reservation unless otherwise specified. Accepted payment methods include credit cards and other forms as listed on our website.
Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 6 hours after checkout, provided no damages or violations of house rules have occurred.
Cancellation: Cancellation policies vary based on the rate and reservation type. Please review the terms at the time of booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In: Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request but is subject to availability.
Check-Out: Check-out time is by 12:00 PM (noon). Late check-out may be arranged but will incur an additional charge of ?50,000 per hour.

4. House Rules and Property Policies

All guests must comply with the following house rules. Failure to abide by these rules may result in deductions from your damage deposit or immediate eviction without refund in aggravated cases.

Guest Capacity: Maximum occupancy is 20 guests per apartment. Additional charges may apply for extra guests beyond the booking limit.
Smoking Policy: Smoking of any substances including shisha is strictly prohibited indoors. Violation of this rule will result in automatic forfeiture of your damage deposit. A designated smoking area is available by the pool side.
Events and Entertainment: DJ services and parties are not permitted without prior management approval. Please contact us in advance if you wish to host an event.
Furniture and Equipment: Indoor furniture and electronics must remain indoors and may not be taken to outdoor areas.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises unless specifically approved. Please contact us for information on our pet policy.

5. Liability and Damages

Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage to property caused by themselves or their guests. Any damage costs incurred will be deducted from your damage deposit. If damages exceed the deposit amount, additional charges will apply.
Limitation of Liability: Atlanticblu Recreation and Apartments LTD is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property arising from the use of our facilities or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

6. Privacy

7. Intellectual Property
