1. Refund Eligibility
We strive to ensure that all our guests have a pleasant experience at Atlanticblu Recreation and Apartments LTD. If you are not completely satisfied with your stay, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Cancellation Before Check-In: If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, minus any applicable processing fees.
Early Check-Out: If you decide to check out before the scheduled departure date, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the remaining nights, depending on the terms of your booking and the notice given.
Booking Errors: If there was an error in your booking made by our team, such as incorrect apartment type or booking dates, you will be eligible for a full refund or rebooking at no additional cost.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
Please note that the following conditions are non-refundable:
Non-Refundable Bookings: Some special rates or promotional bookings may be non-refundable. Please check the terms and conditions at the time of booking.
Late Cancellation or No-Show: If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time or fail to show up, no refund will be issued.
Damages or Violations: Refunds will not be issued if there are damages to the apartment or if property policies are violated.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@atlanticbluapartments.com with your reservation details and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
